Mr. Rajendra Baitha

Rajendra Baitha is Ex-Cluster Head of ACC & Ambuja Cement a LafargeHolcim Group company. He has 28 years of experience in cement in the areas of Sales & Marketing and supply chain management. Mr. Baitha has a degree from DTU and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Having gained such a wealth of experience, realized how important it is to keep learning and growing. He now feels it is important to give back to the society and help the youth upskill and be more “corporate ready” and quickly “move up the ladder” in this ever more competitive environment.

Mr. Abhay Kr Verma

Mr. Abhay Verma is a seasoned professional with 35+ years of experience across Sales and Marketing domain, P&L Management and Client Relationship Management. He has worked with many renowned corporate houses such as JSW Cement Ltd., Emami Cement Ltd., Reliance Cement Co. Pvt. Ltd., Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd., Birla Corp. Ltd. and Steel City Beverages Pvt. Ltd.(an unit of McDowell & Co. carbonated division). The last position he held before hanging up his boots was that of the Chief Marketing Officer at Mittal Tech Steel & Cement Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Verma holds a Masters in Science degree in Statistics from the then prestigious Science College (Patna University) before undertaking PGDBM in Marketing & Personnel from National Institute of Business Management (Patna).

Mr. Verma had devoted his entire professional career towards driving large scale businesses through acquisitions and retention of customer base across all segments of the organizations. Having gained such a wealth of experience, realized how important it is to keep learning and growing. He now feels it is important to give back to the society and help the youth upskill and be more “corporate ready” and quickly “move up the ladder” in this ever more competitive environment.
